Welcome to TopSellingDomain Marketplace! By accessing or using our platform located at https://topsellingdomain.broker, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or engaging in transactions.
1. Introduction
TopSellingDomain Marketplace is a premium Canadian domain marketplace where users can buy, sell, or bid on domain names. By creating an account, listing a domain for sale, or purchasing a domain, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Pricing and Domain Appraisals
Domain prices on TopSellingDomain Marketplace are intentionally set well below their appraisal value.
Domain appraisals fluctuate based on market conditions, popularity, and other factors. We do not guarantee the consistency of appraisal values, and buyers agree to purchase domains as-is based on the listed price or auction bid.
3. Account Creation
Users must create a FREE account at https://topsellingdomain.broker to participate in buying, bidding, or selling domains.
Providing false, unverifiable, or illegitimate information during account creation is prohibited and will result in being banned from our platform. TopSellingDomain Marketplace reserves the right to deny or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. Due to the nature of domain platforms where financial transaction exit, account information must be valid and verifiable.
Any customer user account that has no activity after 30 days will be automatically deleted from our system. A new free account will need to be created by the account holder if the user still wants their account after the 30 day period.
4. Buying and Selling Domains
4.1 For Buyers
Buyers must have an active domain registrar account to receive purchased domain names. Transfer of ownership and registrar settings will be facilitated through the seller's registrar account. Every domain name has to have an assigned domain registrar. Every buyer who buys a domain through TopSellingDomain.com is subject to domain registrar transfer fees and any applicable payment method fees. These fees are charged by the company that is the payment method. For example, paypal.com. These fees mentioned above are not associated to TopSellingDomain; thereby does not receive any monitary gain.
No money-back guarantee: Due to the nature of domain name transactions, all sales are final.
4.2 For Sellers
- - Domain sellers must verify ownership of any domain they list for sale or auction on TopSellingDomain Marketplace. At present, we are only able to list domains that have web hosting; however, we are working on an update that allows for DNS TXT record verification in the DNS management of the domain being sold.
- - Domains remain in PENDING status until the ownership verification process is complete. Verification requires the seller to:
- - Upload a file to the domain's web hosting root to confirm ownership, or
- - Use DNS verification (coming soon).
- - Once ownership is verified, the domain will move to ACTIVE status and become available for transactions.
- - Every listed domain must have web hosting for verification purposes unless DNS verification is implemented.
5. Commission Fees
TopSellingDomain Marketplace charges a 15% commission on all domains sold or won through our platform's auction system. This commission is deducted only when the account user (domain seller) requests a withdrawal of their funds through one of our available withdrawal methods—PayPal or Interac. Until such a withdrawal request is made, the total sales amount remains in the seller's account within our system. This ensures flexibility for sellers while maintaining transparency in transactions.
6. Large Transactions (Above $500.00)
For domain sale transactions exceeding $500.00, sellers may opt for escrow or trust services provided by TopSellingDomain Marketplace. We use Escrow.com as our escrow service.
Escrow or trust ensures secure handling of funds until the domain transfer process is successfully completed.
7. Payment Methods
- All payment transactions on TopSellingDomain Marketplace are processed through third-party payment providers.
- TopSellingDomain Marketplace is not liable for technical issues, errors, or disruptions caused by payment gateway platforms. However, we will do our best to help solve problems that may arise.
- The payment methods we use are PayPal and Stripe for paying with major credit card or debit card.
8. Withdraw Methods.
TopSellingDomain Marketplace receives their 15% commission at the point of the domain seller withdrawing funds from their marketplace account. This is the only time we receive any money from the seller. There is no hidden fees on our end. You can withdraw funds with PayPal, Bank Transer or Interac (in Canada only).
9. Special Limited-Time Offer!
The terms stipulate that only the first domain that sells per user is entitled to the exemption of the 15% commission that TopSellingDomain charges of the total sale of the domain. Both buyer and seller must have a free TopSellingDomain.com account and their identities must be legitimate and the seller's ownership of the domain must be verified. This promotion is subject to change and can be cancelled at any time; however, a reasonable amount of time will be given. This is why we call it "Limited-Time". We will post on the marketplace website when we will be soon cancelling the promotion.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Users must adhere to the platform's rules and must not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse of the marketplace.
- Users may not list domains they do not own or falsely claim ownership.
- Users who spam our domain marketplace by posting listings with descriptions unrelated to the domain sale will be considered in violation. As a result, any offending domains will be removed, and the user's account may be subject to termination.
11. Disclaimer and Liability
TopSellingDomain Marketplace strives to provide a secure and transparent platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operations.
We are not liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations, appraisal inconsistencies, or payment gateway issues.
12. Amendments
TopSellingDomain Marketplace reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates through the platform.
