Who We Are
TopSellingDomain Marketplace is a premium Canadian domain marketplace where users can buy, sell, or bid on domain names. By creating an account, listing a domain for sale, or purchasing a domain, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Pricing and Domain Appraisals
Domain prices on TopSellingDomain Marketplace are intentionally set below their appraisal value. Appraisal values may fluctuate based on market conditions, popularity, and other factors. We do not guarantee appraisal consistency, and buyers agree to purchase domains as-is based on the listed price or auction bid.
Account Creation
- Users must create a free account at https://topsellingdomain.broker to participate in buying, bidding, or selling domains.
- Providing false, unverifiable, or illegitimate information during account creation is prohibited and may result in account termination. Because financial transactions occur on the platform, all account information must be valid and verifiable.
- Accounts with no activity (such as logging in or listing a domain) for 30 days will be automatically deleted. A warning email is sent one week before deletion. Users may create a new free account at any time.
Buying and Selling Domains
Buyer Requirements & Bidding Process
To participate in domain auctions, buyers must maintain an active account and a funded wallet.
1. Account Required
All bidders must register for a free customer account before placing any bids.
2. Wallet Balance Required
Bids can only be placed if the buyer’s online wallet contains enough funds to cover the minimum bid amount. Deposits can be made using major credit cards or PayPal. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider, not by TopSellingDomain.
3. Placing a Bid
- - Browse available domains from your dashboard.
- - Select the domain you wish to bid on.
- - Enter a bid amount higher than the posted minimum.
- - Your bid is logged immediately and becomes part of the active auction.
- - Maintaining a positive wallet balance is recommended to avoid bidding interruptions.
4. Monitoring Your Bids
You may return to the domain’s auction page at any time to view the current highest bid and place a higher offer if desired.
5. Winning an Auction
- - If you win, you will receive instructions on how to complete the domain transfer.
- - Buyers must have an active domain registrar account to receive the purchased domain.
- - Registrar transfer fees or related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. No Refunds
All domain sales are final. Due to the nature of digital domain transfers, no money-back guarantee is offered unless the “TopSellingDomain Marketplace Purchase Plan” applies.
TopSellingDomain Marketplace Purchase Plan
Your purchase is backed by our 100% Transfer Guarantee. If a domain transfer cannot be completed between the seller and the buyer’s registrar, you receive a full refund — no hassle, no risk.
For Sellers
- - Sellers must verify ownership of any domain they list for sale or auction.
- - Domains remain in PENDING status until ownership verification is completed.
- - Pending listings are not visible to buyers and cannot receive bids.
- - Ownership verification is completed by adding a DNS TXT record containing the unique verification token.
- - DNS propagation times may affect how quickly a listing is approved.
- - Once verified, the domain becomes ACTIVE and visible to buyers.
- - If a seller completes a sale outside the marketplace, they must remove the domain from their account immediately.
Commission Fees
TopSellingDomain Marketplace charges a 10% commission on all domains sold or won through our auction system. This commission is deducted only when the seller withdraws funds through PayPal or Interac. Until withdrawal, the full sales amount remains in the seller’s account.
Large Transactions (Above $300.00)
For transactions over $300.00, sellers may choose escrow or trust services. We use Escrow.com for secure handling of funds until the domain transfer is completed.
Payment Methods
- - All payments are processed through third-party providers.
- - TopSellingDomain Marketplace is not liable for technical issues caused by payment gateways.
- - Supported payment methods include PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit cards).
Withdraw Methods
TopSellingDomain Marketplace receives its 15% commission only when the seller withdraws funds. There are no hidden fees. Withdrawal options include PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Interac (Canada only).
Domain Parking
When you list a domain, you are eligible for free domain parking, which includes:
- - Free domain forwarding to your sales page
- - A dedicated IMAP email account
- - SSL encryption
- Domain parking is optional and must be requested after listing your domain.
Provided By
Our domain parking service is powered by our parent company, Light Touch Technologies, which hosts and manages your parked domain on our secure infrastructure.
How It Works
- - Place a free domain parking order after listing your domain.
- - Your domain will forward to its marketplace sales page.
- - You will receive access to a control panel for forwarding and email settings.
Termination of Domain Parking
Domain parking will be discontinued if:
- - Your domain is sold through the marketplace.
- - You manually remove the domain from your listings.
- In these cases, you must update your DNS nameservers through your registrar.
Prohibited Activities
- - Fraudulent activity or misuse of the marketplace.
- - Listing domains you do not own.
- - Posting irrelevant or spam content in domain listings.
Disclaimer and Liability
TopSellingDomain Marketplace strives to provide a secure and transparent platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses due to market fluctuations, appraisal inconsistencies, or payment gateway issues.
Amendments
TopSellingDomain Marketplace may amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates through the platform.
